We’re just as excited as you are to get your Marea jewels into your hands! Here’s everything you need to know so your order arrives as quickly and perfectly as it deserves:

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We offer two delivery options for your convenience:

  • 4-Hour Delivery

Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered within 4 hours for AED 35. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day. This service is available for orders within city limits of Dubai.

  • Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered the next day for AED 22. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the day after the next. This service* is available for orders within city limits of: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain.

*Some remote areas are only served with scheduled routes on Thursdays and Sundays. If you’re unsure whether your area is classified as remote, feel free to contact us at hello@mareajewels.com for clarification.

 

Delivery Attempts

We will make 3 delivery attempts for each next-day order. If all attempts fail (due to unavailability or rejection of the order), the package will be returned to us. If you want the same product again, you will need to cover the additional shipping cost.

 

Where do you ship?

General Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery Conditions During High-Demand Periods: Delivery times may face delays during promotional activity or sale seasons.
  • Delivery service: The delivery service arrangement may be changed from time to time at our sole discretion. Updates will be shared via our Instagram account @mareajewels.ae.
  • Out of Stock Items: In case an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund if needed.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over AED 250.

 

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase, so there are no surprises!

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, here’s what you need to know:

  • Before your order is shipped: You can cancel your order by contacting us at hello@mareajewels.com. We’ll process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
  • After your order is shipped: Unfortunately, once your order is on its way, it cannot be canceled. However, you can refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for details on how to return your order once it’s been delivered.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Oops! We know mistakes happen. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, just contact us at hello@mareajewels.com, and we’ll update the address. Please ensure the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays in delivery. Marea Jewels is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is already on its way, we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee it.

 

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is affected during shipping, just send us a photo of the item, and we’ll sort it out ASAP. If you want the same product again, we’ll cover the pickup and reshipping costs! For more details, check our Returns & Refunds policy.

 

What should I do if my package is delayed?

If your package is delayed, don't panic! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. First, check your tracking number for the most up-to-date delivery status. If there’s still no update or your package hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery time, please contact us at hello@mareajewels.com. While we will work with the courier to get your jewels to you as soon as possible, please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If the supply of products is delayed due to an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take the necessary steps to minimize the impact of the delay. In such cases, we will not be liable for any delays caused by the event.

 

Can I track my order?

Of course! Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can keep an eye on your package. Your jewel is on its way to you!
