[message]We know that choosing the perfect piece of jewelry can be tricky, and hey, if it’s not love at first sight, no worries! If for any reason you’re not completely in love with your purchase, here’s how you can handle your return:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to make your return. If you change your mind, don’t worry, we’re here to help!
Simply send us an email at hello@marea.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll take care of the rest.
To process the return, please make sure the item is in perfect condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging). Don’t forget, your jewelry deserves to come back just as beautifully as it left! To initiate your return, just email us at hello@marea.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalized items (such as charm necklaces) or earrings, for hygiene reasons. Also, items purchased at a discount or in special offers are non-refundable. But don’t worry, you’ve still got tons of gorgeous jewelry to choose from!
If everything checks out with your return, we’ll refund you via the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your payment method.The refund will be full or partial, depending on the condition of the returned item. We also offer the option of a voucher for you to use whenever you want, in case you'd rather not get the refund.
The pickup fee is 22 AED. All of our products are thoroughly checked and verified before shipping to make sure they arrive in the best condition possible. However, if you receive a defective item, if your order is incorrect, or if it’s damaged during shipping, we will cover all pickup and reshipping costs if you choose to receive the same product again.
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return the item and place a new order if you wish. We also offer the option of a voucher for you to use whenever you want, in case you'd rather not get the refund. There’s always a new piece of jewelry waiting for you!
